    Description

    Manager - Growth & Influencer Description:

    We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager, he/she should be able to own and drive scale-up of Traya's Influencer Marketing Channel.

    You will work as an business owner who gets the freedom and responsibility of developing a new business line from scratch.

    Candidate will own the overall P&L for the Influencer Channel.

    Key Responsibility Areas:


    • End to end execution of influencer marketing campaigns
    • Sourcing the best fit content creators to promote the brand
    • Strategize result based campaign strategies
    • Maintaining relationships with agencies and creators
    • Maintaining the records, results of the campaigns
    • Understanding the content and strategizing campaigns based on research
    • Building longterm strategic partnerships with Content Creators
    • Ability to Track, Analyse and Understand current influencer trends, campaigns, viral pieces
    • Ability to create Business plans for Influencer vertical and manage the overall P&L
    • Data-Driven process for Influencer and Partnership selection
