    Description

    Responsibilities:
    Communicate with customers understand their requirements andprovide necessary information. Analyze saleshistory for relevant SKUs to inform pricing anddecisionmaking. Review and negotiate pricespayment terms and contracts withcustomers.
    Obtain purchase orders and coordinate payment terms and advanceswith the finance team. Circulate orders tointernal departments and track progress ensuring timelyexecution. Generate accurate invoicesconfirm incoterms and manage shippingdocumentation. Handle logistics for sendingFCL/LCL by air or sea sending couriers and negotiating prices withforwarders. Coordinate with freight agentsfrom customers to ensure smooth shippingprocesses. Negotiate shipping costs withlogistics partners and monitor shipmentprogress. Settle Inward Foreign Remittancesand shipping bills with banks. Maintain aledger of Export Customer Accounts recording payments andoutstanding balances. Coordinate withprocurement teams for timely sourcing ofmaterials. Lead generation through internetresearch and marketing acumen. Liaise withbanks for efficient processing of exportrelatedtransactions. Manage duty drawback and GSTreconciliation for refunds and rebates.
    Collaborate with production and procurement teams for effectiveplanning.


    Requirements:
    Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business InternationalTrade). Proven experience in sales ordermanagement and export documentation.
    Proficiency in Excel MS Word MS PPT.Excellent communication negotiation and customer serviceskills. Strong analytical and problemsolvingabilities. Knowledge of export regulationsincoterms and shipping processes.
    Familiarity with banking procedures related to foreignremittances. Marketing acumen and internetresearch skills. Financial acumen for dutydrawback and GST reconciliation. Planningand coordination skills for procurement and productionplanning.
