We are hiring a Tele Caller to join our team, responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for new customers.

As a Tele Caller your primary focus will be explaining app features, guiding users through the onboarding process, and conducting follow-ups to address any questions or concerns.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough app feature walkthroughs for new users.
  • Providing clear and concise explanations of our app offerings.
  • Ensuring a positive onboarding experience through effective communication.
  • Following up with users to gather feedback and address inquiries.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve the onboarding process.
  • Documenting user interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Patience and empathy in assisting users during onboarding.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage followups and documentation.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving app features and updates.
  • Previous experience in customer onboarding or related roles is a plus.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Ability to Commute:
