BIM Modeler (MEP)

Experience: - 4 years

Software:
Revit, AutoCAD

Qualification:
Mechanical/ Electrical Diploma, ITI

We are looking for an enthusiastic MEP BIM Modeler with - 4 years of experience in MEP services, who is proficient in using Revit software.

Responsibility:


Develop MEP models using Revit software

Work in collaboration with the design team to ensure all project requirements are met

Create and maintain families, templates and libraries for use in project work

Generate drawings, schedules, and other project documents as required

Attend meetings with clients and other project stakeholders

Coordinate with other disciplines (architecture, structural) in the BIM environmentResolve design issues and clashes as they arise

Keep up to date with industry developments and standards

Skills Required:


Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or relevant field0-2 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling using Revit

Familiarity with the BIM process and workflows

Proficiency in Revit software

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently as well as within a team

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
