Role & responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads and convert prospects into clients
  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide product information
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, improve sales strategies, and achieve sales quotas
  • Report sales results to management and suggest strategies for improving sales performance
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of the B2B sales industry is a plus
