Medical Sales Representative (MR) - Female for Promoting Sports Pain Management Brand with Target Benefit to Physiotherapy and Sports and Fitness Fraternity.


Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell medical products related to physiotherapy to healthcare professionals.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to physiotherapists and medical professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physiotherapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase product sales and market share.
• Provide training and education to physiotherapists on the proper use and benefits of the promoted products.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in physiotherapy and related medical fields.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors.
• Analyze market trends and provide feedback to the marketing team.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, to develop effective sales strategies.
• Attend conferences, workshops, and other events to network and stay updated on industry

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, or Healthcare).

• Proven experience in medical sales, with a focus on physiotherapy products preferred.
• At least 23 Years Experience in MR Sales
• Knowledge of physiotherapy practices and medical terminology.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus

• Pharma: 2 years (required)
