JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:


  • 1. Ensure overall maintenance and management of the site including infrastructure, common assets
and services including equipment like DG system, HVAC system, elevators and escalators, BMS, HT
and LT panels, APFC panels, server rooms, data-center, UPS and VFD (variable-frequency drive),


  • To ensure the people management at site selection, site induction, attendance, discipline, leave,
registers.


  • Managing administration operations and ensuring business continuity from an infrastructure and
facility perspective & setting the guidelines and policies for the complete Facility operations.


  • Monitoring administration related activities including infrastructure management, facilities
planning, communications, SOP, travel, logistics and optimum utilization of resources.


  • Generating monthly budget vs. variance synopsis.
  • Conducting annual audits; evaluating internal control systems / procedures with a view to highlight
the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations.


  • Ensuring periodic MIS reports to be provided as a feedback to top management on financial
performance, viz. monthly savings.


  • Supervising daily up keep of facilities by inspecting the work carried out by outsourced agencies.
Complete Facility management, cafeteria, Security, liaison, etc. Managing contract negotiations,
finalization & supervising infrastructure setting up activity.


  • Following up the manpower, and auditing daily/ weekly works & cleaning materials purchases.
  • Preparing audit reports and making recommendations in order to ensure that accounts are
prepared and maintained in conformance to statutory obligations.


  • Managing & organizing events, conducting team meetings/trainings including any new
developments & complaints.


  • Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting with in-house & potential guests to
understand their requirements & customizing products & services with optimum resource
utilization.


  • Designing and development of organizational policies and operational standards relevant to
Facilities department.


  • Plan, and schedule facility maintenance and modifications, including estimates on equipments,
labor, material and other related costs.


  • Select, develop, and evaluate internal personnel and external services to ensure the efficient
operation of the facilities.


  • Responsible for managing infrastructure development/refurbishment, AMCs, vendor
management, staffing, liaison and local liaison also.

  • Required Experience of 8 to 10 years

Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
