Minimum Qualification Required:
Graduation + Diploma.


Experience:
0 months - 1 Year.

  • To take care for day to day IT Incidents & IT Service Request at ASK Center.
  • Capable to Handle First Level Trouble shooting related to IT Hardware, IT Peripherals & Network Issues.
  • Have Knowledge of Installing & Managing Operating Systems & Utility Software.
  • Good Communication Skills to get the Issue registered with Respective Hardware & Network Vendor & Suppliers.
  • Good Coordination Skills to get the timely resolution of IT Hardware & Network Issues.
  • Capable to prepare and share IT Checklist and reports with HO IT Team.
  • Maintaining IT Inventory at his respective ASK Centers.
  • Following the IT Compliance and Regulatory instruction given from HO IT Team.

Key Skills Required:


  • Experience for Installing Windows Operating System.
  • Level1 Hardware Trouble Shooting knowledge to identify the Hardware Issues in Desktop, Printers etc.
  • Level1 Network troubleshooting knowledge to identify the Network Issues with LAN, WAN, Cables and Network Equipment.
  • Verbal & Written communication skills to coordinate with Service Providers and suppliers for the resolution of Network & Hardware Issues.
  • Basic Knowledge of MS Office to Maintain the Asset Inventory, IT Reports and Mailing.
