ob Summary:


As a Front Desk/Admin/Operations Associate at Triveni Polychem, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while providing administrative support to various departments, including managing the travel desk.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Additionally, you will assist in various administrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, and manage conference room bookings.
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and guests.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, and place orders when necessary.
  • Operate the travel desk, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for employees and guests.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
