Description
We are looking for an Admin Executive to help us manage all documentation and formalities pre and post travel. The Executive will coordinate with hoteliers, ticketing agencies, and vendors to get the best packages for the organisation. Her/his contribution should ensure providing excellent customer service and support to employees.

She/he will need to be in regular touch with the finance department for managing all the travel-related work mentioned above.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinating for and making the necessary arrangements for employees' travel, including airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation, etc.
  • Communicating with travel agents, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to ensure that all travel arrangements meet the needs of employees and clients.
  • Tracking and maintaining records of travel expenses, including costs/receipts, and other related documentation.
  • Assisting with the preparation of travel reports, including summaries of travel expenses and other related information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Graduate


Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in travel coordination or a related field.


Skill Set

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, as required.
  • Accounting knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP.

INR 3 LPA (CTC)
