Responsibilities:


1. Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.

2. Handle the chat process and promptly answer the queries of the customers over Mail, Chat, Call, what's app and social media. Providing the right information.

3. Raising a ticket for every query and coordinating with internal teams for the solution and taking regular updates.

4. Maintain customer records by updating all relevant information in the database.

5. Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customer's feel supported and valued.

6. Communicates with other departments to answer customer's inquiries, solve their problems and fulfil their needs

Skill and Competencies:


- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
**- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers

  • Having 2 Years of working experience in Customer Care.***
  • Ability to concentrate follow customer's issues without distraction to resolution
  • Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response***
  • Work successfully in a team environment
  • Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explore.**
    Salary: From ₹10,000.00 to 15000 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Customer Executive (preferred)
- total work experience - 1 year (preferred)
