    Description

    Colt provides network, voice and data centre services to thousands of businesses around the world, allowing them to focus on delivering their business goals instead of the underlying infrastructure.

    Role purpose

    Reporting to a Reward Director, you will support the business with analysis, advice and support on compensation, benefits, recognition and mobility issues. You will also support the development and implementation of reward solutions and provide strong technical contribution to the development of compensation and benefits and their operation.

    Key accountabilities

    • Supporting the Reward team and the wider HR team globally in all areas of reward
    • Support the delivery of complex projects, e.g. Annual Compensation Review, pay benchmarking, Complete salary surveys, global benefits review
    • Manage core reward processes as required
    • Support the transition of HR strategy into practical and effective reward solutions
    • Support other HR teams as required, e.g. Country HR for benefit changes/reviews
    • Provide technical expertise and value adding management information for all areas of reward

    • Timeliness and accuracy of reports and analysis
    • Attention to detail is imperative
    • Quality of modelling and value adding information

    • Process efficiencies and enhancements

    Role specific requirements

    Skills & Experience

    • Comfortable with use and manipulation of financial data; an Excel expert
    • Reward knowledge desirable (compensation and benefits) and experience working across multiple regions
    • Experience in managing reward processes desirable
    • Experience in providing value adding management information
    • Credibility and personal gravitas to engage with stakeholders
    • Ability to identify and manage risks related to reward and information security
    • Experience in project management would be advantageous
    • Experience across various HR disciplines would be advantageous
    • Knowledge and experience with SAP Success Factors and SAP Reporting would be advantageous

    • Composed under pressure, able to work to tight deadlines and with a sense of urgency when needed
    • Able to plan and manage own workload
    • Able to work in a fast changing environment, be flexible and adaptable
    • Self-motivated, results orientated with high commitment, passion, drive, enthusiasm, resilience and a positive attitude
    • Robust, resilient and diplomatic with the confidence to deal with demanding stakeholders
    • High intellect, strong business acumen and commercial mind-set
    • Professional demeanour and credibility. Friendly and able to converse with people at any level with or across organisations
    • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with good stakeholder management experience and build credibility. Strong customer service mind-set when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders and capacity to deal with a wide range of stakeholders with conflicting priorities
    • Strong networking ability both internally and externally with suppliers, consultants, competitors and potential candidates
    • Fluent English; good verbal and written communication skills
    • High level of attention to detail
    • Highly numerate; able to assimilate complex data and draw out insights
    • Good computer skills: advanced user of Excel and good knowledge of other Microsoft applications
    • Ability to manage highly confidential information
    • Great team player
    • Willingness to drive own self development in both technical skills and behaviours
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Can problem solve and can be curious around data, processes and analytics
    • Be flexible with workload and deadlines
