    About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)

    As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you'll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

    What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

    ·Supporting investment bankingfirms in various tasks, such as preparation of pitch books, conducting benchmarkinganalysis, company comparables, precedent transaction analysis, databases,screening industry studies, ad-hoc research, and handling recurring requests asper client requirements

    ·Handling responsibilitiessuch as allocating work, running quality checks on deliverables, training andguiding team members, maintaining efficiency in ensuring adherence to service-levelagreements (SLAs), and conducting internal client communication

    ·Providing effective,constructive, timely, and objective feedback to team members for their overallgrooming and development

    What we're looking for:

    ·About 5-7years of relevant experience in investment banking

    ·Graduation(BTech / BA / BBA / BBE / BCom, etc) from a reputed institute, MBA in finance, master'sdegree with majors in economics or accounting, chartered accountant, charteredfinancial analyst, or any equivalent degree

    ·Strongaccounting and finance skills

    ·Knowledgeof database tools such as FactSet, Thomson ONE, Capital IQ, Factiva, and Bloomberg

    ·Good MSOffice skills

    ·Strong organizational skills, keen attention todetail, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

    ·Strongstrategic management capabilities, highly developed analytical and problem-solvingskills, and the ability to develop innovative solutions

    ·Proactivecontribution to firm's goals and mission

    ·Abilityto challenge current thinking by implementing new ways of working

    ·Abilityto ensure timely completion of tasks within areas of responsibility

    ·Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills

    ·An attentiveand active listener
