    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish instrumentation to measure SLI (Service Level Indicators), define SLO (Service Level Objectives), Alerting mechanisms, review with Stakeholders
    • Ensure the reliability, scalability and performance of our cloudbased systems and On-Prem Systems.
    • Support the automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines).
    • Provide inputs to systems tests for security, performance, and availability.
    • Develop and maintain design and troubleshooting documentation.
    • Ability to troubleshoot application issues, server issues, Database issues, issues related to latency, cloud based issues and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to track an issue to Experience or strong knowledge of Site Reliability Engineer or similar role in software development.
    • Experience in software development with Java preferably
    • Experience on Monitoring tools like Splunk and App Dynamics, Zabbix
    • Experience of monitoring, alerting tools of applications based on Java, dotnet etc.
    • Experience in writing scripts for the monitoring tools
    • Exposure to Kubernetes is added advantage.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering
