Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a critical member of the Human Resources

team responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing

with the company's culture and objectives.

Experience:
2-5years

Preferred Industry:
Schools/BFSI/Retail

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with HOD to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored

recruitment strategies

Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and
Arrange and coordinate interviews, assessments, and evaluations, both inperson and

virtually

and alignment with the job requirements.

Collaborate with HR Manager to make informed hiring decisions and offer recommendations
Facilitate the on boarding process for new hires
Ensure all preemployment checks and paperwork are completed accurately and in

compliance with company policies and regulations

Generate regular reports on recruitment activities
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and interview best

practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) on Excel
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role

Salary:
From ₹32,000.00 per month
