Nursing Supervisor
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Nursing Supervisor to join our team.

The role involves managing nurses and nursing assistants, overseeing recruitment, and ensuring the seamless delivery of healthcare services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of nurses and nursing assistants on a contract basis.
• Conducting customer and patient assessments and coordinating deployment.
• Providing shortterm nursing services at patient sites, such as IV cannulation, dressing, and Ryles tube insertion/removal.
• Managing vendors, equipment, and inventory control, including data maintenance.
• Leading the conversion of incoming leads and managing equipment and service placements.
• Overseeing payment collection, deposition, and daily reporting, including cash register maintenance.
• Coordinating equipment delivery within the city as per requirements.
• Facilitating the successful placement and replacement of nursing and caretaker staff.
• Indepth clinical and nursing procedure knowledge.
• Strong industry connections.
• Diploma/bachelor's degree in Nursing, with experience in home healthcare, corporate hospitals, or the medical equipment industry.
