_The job description may include the following responsibilities:_

Must be proficient in Autodesk inventor in Bus manufacturing industry._

  • 1. Be proficient in using CAD software such as _
    Autodesk inventor _, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or other specialized design tools._
  • 2. Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD models of bus and truck bodies, considering factors such as size, shape, and weight distribution._
  • 3.

Structural Design:

Design and model the structural components of the vehicle, including the chassis, frame, body panels, and support structures, ensuring they meet safety and regulatory standards.

  • 4. Generate detailed technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for use in manufacturing, assembly, and quality control._
  • 5. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineers, production managers, and quality control personnel, to ensure design concepts can be effectively manufactured._
  • 6.

Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve design issues, considering manufacturing constraints and other real-world challenges._

  • 7.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to continuously improve vehicle design processes._

  • 8.

Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and certifications applicable to the automotive and transportation sector._

  • 9.

Quality Assurance:
Work closely with quality control teams to ensure the final products meet the design specifications and quality standards._

  • 10. Maintain organized records of design iterations, revisions, and associated documentation._
  • Qualifications & Skills_
  • 2. A strong grasp of 3D CAD software is fundamental. Popular software includes AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX,Inventor and others. Certification in specific CAD software can be beneficial._
  • 3.

3D Modeling:
Proficiency in creating accurate 3D models of automotive components and assemblies._


Salary:
₹28, ₹30,000.00 per month
