- Maintain ISO & ISO Certification
- Initiate and manage CSATs to drive improvements
- Facilitate Internal, External Audits, and customer audits
- Establish Process manuals and SOPs with effective document control management
- Conduct ISO & ISO trainings and awareness sessions
- Basic knowledge of ITIL process and Incident Management
- Monitor implementation of all Quality Initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication or Computer Science
- Any Quality-related certification like Lead auditor for ISO and ISO
- Proficient experience in overall Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in facilitating Internal and External Audits
- Ability to work on Quality Management System and basic document management knowledge
- Experience in conducting trainings and awareness sessions for process improvements
- Experience in incidents handling and ITIL process basics
- Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills
- Ability to engage and coordinate with peers & other departments
