    Job Description :

    We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and team management. As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through effective testing strategies, processes, and tools.

    • Minimum 5 plus years of experience is required.
    • Must have experience in manual testing of web, mobile, and automated applications.
    • Should manage the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
    • Develop and implement QA processes, standards, and methodologies.
    • Plan, prioritize, and delegate testing tasks to team members.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to QA team members.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in QA.
    • Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot quality issues, defects, and bugs, collaborating with the development team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
