• Execute ontheground activities essential for surveys as per project requirements.
• Collect and analyze relevant data through surveys, interviews, and other research methods to inform strategic decisionmaking.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of social dynamics pertinent to electoral analysis.
• Compile and present findings, progress reports, and recommendations to the project team regularly.
• Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to handle various tasks assigned by the project team

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Social works, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficient in English and Tamil languages (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques. Experience with macros and VBA is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated capability to conduct fieldwork and surveys.
• Flexibility to respond to management requests outside regular working hours.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering highquality work.
