• Associate degree or equivalent in architectural/electrical/structural/mechanical technology, drafting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a CAD technician, with a focus on Revit and BIM projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software, with a strong understanding of BIM principles, workflows, and best practices.
• Solid knowledge of construction industry standards and codes.
• Familiarity with other CAD software (AutoCAD, Navisworks) and visualization tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max) is a plus.
• Professional certifications in Autodesk Revit or BIMrelated fields is a must.

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D models using Autodesk Revit software, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into accurate CAD/Revit Model drawings.
• Create and maintain a library of Revit families, templates, and construction details to enhance productivity and consistency across projects.
• Assist in the coordination and integration of various building systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical, plumbing) within the Revit environment.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve clashes within the BIM model to minimize conflicts and optimize design efficiency.
• Generate construction documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules, with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
• Review and mark up drawings for errors, omissions, and quality assurance, and make necessary revisions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest Revit software releases, tools, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements and workflow enhancements.
• Collaborate with project teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination throughout the design and construction phases.
