Job Summary:

As an ORM Specialist working in the US shift, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and enhancing the online reputation of our clients.

You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their reputation goals and execute strategies to improve their online image.

This role requires a deep understanding of online reputation management practices and the ability to work in the US shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Reputation Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive online reputation assessments for clients, identifying strengths and weaknesses.

Strategy Development:
Develop tailored ORM strategies to improve clients' online reputations and protect against negative content.

Content Management:
Monitor online mentions and reviews, and respond proactively to both positive and negative feedback.

Review Generation:
Implement strategies to encourage the generation of positive reviews from customers.

Social Media Management:
Manage social media profiles and content to maintain a positive online presence.

SEO for Reputation:
Optimize content and websites to ensure positive information ranks higher in search engine results.

Crisis Management:
Develop and execute crisis management plans for handling negative online events and mitigating their impact.

Reporting:

Provide regular reports to clients on the status of their online reputation, highlighting improvements and areas for further action.

Client Communication:
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals, address concerns, and provide updates on ORM efforts.

Stay Updated:
Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in online reputation management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

2+ years of experience in online reputation management and social media management

Experience with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies and tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects

Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and SEMrush

The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment

A US Shift schedule that includes working hours from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am IST.

Salary:
₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
