• Develop and execute the financial strategy in alignment with the overall objectives of the manufacturing plant and the company.
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial performance and trends, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance department to optimize financial performance and support business growth.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, sales, and procurement, to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the financial health of the manufacturing plant.
• Serve as a key advisor to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on financial matters to support decisionmaking.
