2. Achieve the monthly target of KYC (New Customer Acquisition)


  • Ability to understand needs & interests of the customers and cater to the same into business.
  • To guide & provide the customers with all the required information about Gold Purchase, Gold sales & Monthly Investment scheme (MGIP).
  • Should be able to solve the queries of the customers as well as handling the customers in a cooperative & efficient way.
  • Provide after sales service to existing customers and obtain references from them to increase customer base.
  • Should be able to acquire new customers through reference, Tele Calling, New Data arranging, Marketing Executives Data calling etc.
  • Verify customers KYC Documents & complete online registration.
  • Should be able to handle walk-in customers and registering all the walking customers' details in register as well as Software.
  • Updating appointment calendars and schedule appointments/ meetings.
  • Sorting daily deliveries/ mail/ couriers on the basis of priorities.
  • Assisting the Head Office HR team, Admin team, Accounts team in different aspects.
  • Maintaining administration and operation records.
  • Call customer as per CRM lead
  • Generate leads by cold and reference calling.
  • Ensure proper customer relation for Gold selling and Buying customers as well calling for installment amount for MGIP & reference.
  • Handle front desk activity & maintain data on CRM.
  • Adhere standard operations procedure of organization Corporate Office.

Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
