Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the field of Engineering & Manufacturing Industry will be Preferred.

  • Lead Conversion and Understading the Reason for Non-Conversions by Speaking directly to Customers.
  • Preparation of Quotation, Work Order, Invoicing & Other Documents in ERP
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give aftersales support when requested
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Ensure adherence to Company's laws and policies
  • Sales Order Report
  • Payment Follow up
  • Follow Up of Inquiry & Quotation
  • Strong Communication Skill
  • Great Negotiation Skill
  • Knowledge Of Correspondence
  • Preparation of Export Documentation
  • Liasoning with Clearing Agents for Dispatching Material
  • Any Other Administration Work as required from Time to Time.

Work Experience in Manufacturing / Engineering Industry (Relevant Work Ex) will be preferred.

Fluent English

Stability in Past Work - Ex

Strong & Dynamic Approach

Ability to work in Pressure Situations

Team Player

Any Work Ex in ERP Systems & MS Office Is a Must.

Salary:
₹400, ₹450,000.00 per year
