Description
We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

You will be the main point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

You must have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

  • Responsibilities:_
Provide comprehensive information about products and services

Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers

Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records of conversations with customers

Follow up with customers when needed

Monitor customer satisfaction levels

Suggest process improvements to improve customer experience


Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a Customer support executive

Salary:
Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
