This account is one of the world's leading providers of communications, information and entertainment products and services to consumers, businesses and governmental agencies.
The account offers various postpaid account service plans, including shared data plans, single connection plans and other plans tailored to the needs of customers.
Their shared data plans typically feature domestic unlimited voice minutes, unlimited domestic and international text, video and picture messaging, and a single data allowance that can be shared among the wireless devices on a customer's account.
Type of SupportInbound Telco - Answers inbound Business-to-Business (B2B) customer requests or inquiries concerning service, products, equipment and report problem areas. Triages, troubleshoots and resolves service issues and addresses routine customer questions.

REQUIREMENTS:
Recruitment Process
- Basic level screening by recruiter
- Harver assessment / Manual assessment by trainer for language proficiency and maintain the scores/grades
- Tech Test - Basic tech test questionnaire module available on Harver which we are going to use for screening.
- Ops round.
Tech exam:
Passing Score: 75% (Please make sure that applicant is passed with FI before endorsing for Tech Exam)

Work Experience
1) Call Center Experience Required, CS experience means call center phone/voice experience.
2) At least 12 months phone Call Center Experience, highly preferred
3) Telco or Financial account experience, highly preferred
Background Check
YES - Last 2 employments for the past 5 years (5 years BI Form)
SOW Critical Requirements
- International Criminal Verification (if applicable)
- Criminal Verification (submission of a valid NBI clearance or certificate)
- Proof of Valid ID and Citizenship details (Aadhaar Card, PAN card ect)
- Scholastic Verification (submission of transcript of record or any supporting document)
- Proof of Employment Document (last 2 employers if applicable)
- Employment Check (last 2 employments for the past 5 years)
- Drug Test (10 Panel)
Salary:
₹19, ₹22,000.00 per month
