Job description
Direct Tax, GST, Tax Structuring

Financial Accounting and Reporting:
Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies. Help in the consolidation of financial data, conducting variance analysis, and preparing financial reports.

Taxation:

Support the tax department in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Assist in tax planning, analysis of tax implications, and identifying tax-saving opportunities for the organization.

Audit Assistance:
Participate in audit engagements, including statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits. Assist in the review of financial records, documentation, and internal control systems. Help identify areas of risk and recommend improvements.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the budgeting process, including gathering financial data, analyzing trends, and preparing budgetary reports. Support the forecasting activities, monitoring actual performance against budgeted targets, and providing insights for decision-making.

Compliance and Regulatory Requirements:
Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws, standards, and regulations. Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and reports.

Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial data, perform ratio analysis, and interpret financial indicators to provide insights and recommendations for financial performance improvement.

Help in the evaluation of investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and financial risks.

Internal Control and Risk Management:
Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of internal control systems and processes. Identify control weaknesses, propose solutions, and contribute to risk mitigation efforts.
