Currently we are hiring interns for pre-sales position.
HRMantra is the pioneer of Human Resources & Payroll Software from India.

Since the last 22 years we have been dedicated to software product development and 1000s of man-years have been invested in making HRMantra - the world's most advanced HR & Payroll software.

We have blue chip clients including group companies of Toyota, GE, NTPC, BHEL, Posco, Jockey, Tata, LIC Housing Finance, Vibgyor schools, Kurlon, Podar Education etc.

We are looking for an
Energetic & Enthusiastic*:

Pre sales(Intern)**
1. Making outbound calls to the potential customers or clients using a list provided by the company

2. Generating customer information, such as name,address, and contact information, for follow up

3. Generating interest in the product or service and persuading customers to make a purchase

4. Introducing the product or service to potential customers and explaining its benefits.

5. Following up with the potetial customers who have expressed interest but have not made a purchase

6. Keeping accurate records of calls made and sales achieved

7. Answering all doubts and queries of potential customers.

8. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals set by the company

9. Staying up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

10. Participating in training and coaching sessions to improve sales skills and techniques

Fresher's - Training will be imparted.

Age - 18 to 23

Qualification - HSC passed/Graduates

Skills - Proficiency in English is required

Working Days:
Monday to Friday (Saturday - Sunday weekly off)

Working Hours: 9:30 am to 7:00 pm
