Instructional Designer
Responsibilities
- Develop instructional materials, including but not limited to: online courses, videos, job aids, and interactive learning activities
- Design and develop materials that are accessible and culturally appropriate for rural communities
- Conduct formative and summative evaluations to assess the effectiveness of instructional materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or related field
- Proficiency in instructional design software, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with diverse populations, proficiency in Hindi and/or other regional languages is a plus.
Salary:
₹346, ₹700,000.00 per year
