JD & Skill Set:

Any Graduate

1 years of experience in Process Training in BPO Domain

Role is imparting Soft skills, product & process training to new hires; while focusing on Accent Neutralization


Skill Set:

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Strong understanding of and experience in product training preferably in domestic BPO domain

Should possess relevant experience in call barging and quality analysis call center

Should have collaborative skills as this role calls for partnership with operations and the quality teams

Strong people orientation

Excellent facilitation and presentation skills


Mandatory:

BPO Experience of 1 years in Product / Process Training
