Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students and their parents to provide detailed information about the school's academic programs, extracurricular activities, facilities, and admission procedures.

Assess the needs and aspirations of prospective students to suggest appropriate courses or grade levels.
Provide personalized guidance to students and parents, helping them make informed decisions that align with their educational goals.

Interviews and Assessments:

Conduct interviews and assessments with prospective students to understand their strengths, interests, and suitability for the school's programs.
Collaborate with academic staff to evaluate assessment results and determine appropriate placement.

5.

Relationship Building:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local schools, educational institutions, and other relevant stakeholders to promote the school's reputation and increase awareness.

Event Participation:

Participate in school events, open houses, fairs, and exhibitions to showcase the school's offerings to potential students and parents.
Deliver presentations and engage in oneonone interactions to highlight the unique features of the school.

Collaborate with the admissions team, academic coordinators, and administrative staff to ensure a coordinated and efficient admission process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or educationrelated roles is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to connect with diverse audiences and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Familiarity with educational software and CRM systems is a plus.
Passion for education and helping students succeed.
