Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential students over the phone to provide information about our professional education programs.
• Build rapport with prospective students and address their queries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the database with relevant information.
• Meet monthly targets for student admissions and contribute to the overall success of the admissions team.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customercentric approach.
• Must be selfmotivated, goaloriented, and resultsdriven.
• Females preferred for this role.
