Job Description:
IDDAssurance, a leading patient invoice generation company for dentist and dermatologist doctors, is seeking dynamic and result-driven Sales and Marketing Representatives to join our team.
As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and managing association with dentists and dermatologists and providing them patient referrals.
The primary focus will be on B2B sales, involving tie-ups with healthcare professionals,and even with corporate entities, and societies as patients by offering them partial reimbursments on treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Sales:
- Identify and approach potential dentist and dermatologist partners for collaboration.
- Present IDDAssurance's unique proposition of patient invoice generation and reimbursement benefits for their services to dentists and dermatologists.
- Negotiate and establish agreements with healthcare professionals for patient referrals.
Corporate & Society Tie-ups:
- Develop relationships with corporate clients and residential societies to offer them access to a network of qualified dentists and dermatologists.
- Facilitate tieups that ensure employees or residents receive the best dental and dermatological care with partial reimbursements on treatments.
Educational Outreach:
- Conduct presentations and workshops to educate potential partners on the benefits of collaborating with IDDAssurance.
- Provide information on the reimbursement process and how it adds value to both healthcare providers and patients.
Qualification and Experience Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with dental and dermatological practices and procedures.
Reimbursement Program:
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to implement concessional treatments for patients.
- Ensure proper documentation of treatments for reimbursement purposes.
- Work closely with finance and reimbursement teams to facilitate timely and accurate reimbursement to patients.
Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, partnerships, and achievements.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Key Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and corporate clients.
- Understanding of the healthcare industry, especially dental and dermatological services.
- Goaloriented and selfmotivated.
