Description
Arrangement of Courier dispatches and maintains the register- Maintain the inOut register on a regular basis
- Visitor & Guest Management.
- Coordination with the entire department heads to fulfil their requirement at office
- Stationery and grocery purchase for HO and site
- Responsible to deposit cash as per the instruction by the finance head
- Support to the finance team for any documents & bill verification
- Banking support to the finance team (Cheque and Cash deposit)
- Asset & Estate management at office and site with documentation
- Responsible to maintain the hygiene at office
- Maintenance of company guest house & warehouse
- Support to the HR in all work of HR
- Review of office boy work
- Stock keeping of fixed and movable assets at HO & Site
- Raised the purchase requirement for any fixed or movable asset at HO & Site
- Office key management
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
- Front desk
- Receptionist: 2 years (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
