Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff members with warmth and professionalism.
Coordinate with hospital staff to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery to patients' rooms.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Assist in organizing and promoting special events or initiatives aimed at enhancing the guest experience.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and service requests.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service or guest relations role, preferably within the hospitality or healthcare industry.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the nature of the healthcare industry.

Pay:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
