Position Title:
MIS Executive

Locations:
Jhandewalan, Delhi

Job description:

Responsible for maintaining and ensuring updated MIS, reports and documents as per set formats and structures for Skill development project (DDU-GKY/PMKK).
To closely interact with the team for effective data management and service delivery.
Develop understanding for all MIS based requirements based on project guidelines and other documents.
Update and extract data from Online Portal.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and yearly reports as per prescribed reporting formats following deadlines.
Build and maintain defined reports.
Be a productive and effective member of team and support by exhibiting a collaborative operating style thereby building team spirit
Should Be Esop certified, with good communication skills in writing and verbal speaking.
Should be well versed with All the portals related to projects of DDUGKY, like, Kaushal Bharat, Mrigs, Kaushal Panji, Kaushal Pragathi etc.
Ensure relevant data on the website (Kaushal Bharat and DDU-GKY MPR Portal etc.) is timely updated.
Responsible for providing guidance and problem resolution to all training centers staff related to MIS / ERP / data entry problems.

Skills Required.

Good Knowledge about computer i.e. MS office and Internet.

Good Presentation Skills

Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy level

Self-motivated; ability to organize, analyse and meet operational deadlines

Good knowledge in MS-Excel is a must.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Graduate with Computer Diploma.
At least 2-3 years of DDU-GKY or PMKK Project relevant experiences
Proficiency in MS Office Suite mainly Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Internet.
Knowledge of Kaushal Bharat, Mrigs, Kaushal Panji and Kaushal Pragati portal is must.

Salary:
As per experience and skills.
