SUMMARY
The User Experience team at Realpage advocates for customers in all phases of product development. You see business problems as human problems, and know how to design for the success of the user.

You can produce InVision prototypes quickly via a Sketch-based design system, AND you carry this knowledge lightly: first conducting user interviews, card sorts, surveys, unmoderated user tests, AB tests and more because you know that you are NOT the user.

We're looking for a portfolio that reflects more than visuals of the final product, but also the steps taken to get there and measurable results.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
What we think it takes to get the job:

Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills preferred.
Design skills, high production values and attention to detail
Ability to create wireframes and if you can create visual design comps, all the better.
Strong working knowledge of Axure or InVision, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills (very important)
Understanding of common software project management practices
Understanding of common software development practices
4year+ degree, BA or BS in design, information sciences, HCI, or psychology preferred

REQUIRED SKILLS
