Position Overview:

Location - Viman Nagar, Pune

Schedule - Full-Time

Work days & timings
  • Monday to Friday
(10:00 - 19:00 IST)

Saturdays (10:00 - 14:00 IST)

Position Type - Permanent

Job Title - Sales Executive

Salary INR LPA + 1% to 3% Sales Commission


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and prospect new customers through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and tailor product presentations or proposals to meet those needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to management.
  • Meet regular sales quotas and targets and report on sales activities and results.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support before, during, and after the sales process.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies, pricing policies, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Sales Executive.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to overcome objections.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • MUST be available to join immediately

Salary:
₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
