The opportunity


EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) provides operational and decision-making support to the business leadership across EY and to various Global Markets functions.

Our diverse teams specialize in coordinating Business Development (BD) activities; supporting Go-to-Market projects; Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) etc. and providing operational support to the organization. The team is spread across multiple locations providing a wide range of services.

  • This is opening is for an ambitious role with GDS's Alumni support program to collaborate with global business partners with a vision to: "Enable global and regional Alumni team to meet goals by delivering high performance & quality operational service while sharing best practices. We will strive to continually generate value for the business through close collaboration". Alumni program is a Markets accelerator for EY's NextWave vision helping its growth story & building strong relationships._

Your key responsibilities

  • Campaign delivery and support
  • Supporting the Global Alumni Team's vision for any given campaign (internal and / or external) rollout by helping coordination of marketing collaterals and toolkits creation and post campaign reporting.
  • Alumni research and reporting using the various available _(internal and external)_ tools:
  • Account reports
  • Identifying and creating reports detailing alumni at any given account


  • Other alumni reports

  • Per specifications shared i.e., region, designation etc.


  • Alumni Portal Management

  • End to end internal portal management, content management, updates, reporting & job postings
  • Managing inbox communications and registration validations
  • Managing update of internal communications channels such as SharePoint sites and Yammer
  • Coordinating for the various leadership and other regular cadence calls with local alumni teams from across the globe
  • Provide inputs for standardization, contribute to BOT improvement & six sigma initiatives
  • Play role in Alumni's strategic plan and execution, moving towards pull strategy

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Graduate / Postgraduate [marketing; journalism; communications or public relations specialization or MBA] with 7+ years' work exp., communications background is plus point with exposure to business process management & marketing

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Familiarity with Alumni or similar program and it's functioning is plus point
  • Familiar with maintenance of sites, newsletter, surveys, Vnext etc.
  • Experience working with Business leaders/leadership groups
