ParallelDots is looking for a Finance and Accounts manager to join our team. You will be working closely with the Cxo level employees.

This is mainly a work from home role, with 5-6 days per month in the office in Delhi and Gurgaon.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Ensure statutory compliances as related to Accounting, Taxation, Annual Returns, Clients and Vendor Contracts
  • Lead the Finance and Accounting activities of the Organization (India and US)
  • Ensuring accurate revenue and expense recognition in books of accounts.
  • Timely and accurate invoicing to the customers.
  • Ensure intime collections to maintain working capital.
  • Required to have a good knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, monthly closing procedures, AP / AR.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP will be an asset, but not mandatory.
  • Well versed with financial analysis and reporting. Should be open to learn new reports as per company and management requirements.
  • Since most of the Clients are based in US and Europe, he/she should be open to taking occasional calls in the evening.
  • Review existing process and explore ways of improving processes.
  • Well versed with Zoho and also preferably Tally

Qualifications and experience:


  • CA with 24 years of experience or MBA (Finance) with 46 years of experience in managing end to end process for a service company.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Note:
Offered CTC is 5-8 LPA


Salary:
₹300, ₹800,000.00 per year
