Overview
We are looking for a Growth Marketer who thrives on hitting business targets to join us.
As Growth Marketer at Skizzle, you will be responsible for managing the company's customer acquisition funnel and will be the driving force behind all our digital marketing initiatives.
You will manage and support activities across all stages of the customer experience: customer acquisition, activation, retention, and up-selling.Working cross-functionally with the product management, design, and marketing teams, you will design and implement data-driven growth initiatives while periodically reporting to the leadership team.
You'll develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll own all of our marketing channels and measure their success.You'll be in charge of creating a digital marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goals. Ideally, all this will result in acquisition, retention and loyalty of customers. You'll work together with our content marketer and designer to craft beautiful and compelling stories for campaigns.
Ultimately, as Growth Marketer, you'll make sure our message reaches our target audience so that Skizzle can enter the next stage of growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the growth plan in conjunction with the leadership team
- Develop a unified approach to the company's overall marketing efforts in
- Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a
- Create brand marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant internal teams)

- Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model
- Leverage analytic tools (Google Analytics, Think with Google, and Google Trends)
- Ensure the company blog, social media accounts, and website are continuously
- Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives
- Own and execute performance marketing
- Own and execute affiliate marketing
- Report, recommend and iterate on campaigns to drive increased ROI
- Run AB / MVT experiments
- Identify opportunities, threats and challenges in markets and act accordingly
Job Requirements:
Our ideal Growth Marketer will have:

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field required
- 4+ years of experience with a proven track record of driving user growth through
necessarily Facebook & Google).
- 4+ years of experience working as a Growth Marketer at tech startups
- 2+ years B2B SaaS/Software marketing experience (SaaS Preferred)
- Experience in working as a founder of a disruptive Marketing Agency is a plus
- Prior experience in interfacing with Product teams to roll out marketing tools is also a big plus.
