Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday operation tasks for advertising campaigns and ensure that all activities & end to end management of the campaigns are carried out in compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
- Validation and Invoicing of advertising campaigns and Pre & After Sales Support
- Setting up commission groups and other KPIs defined by the advertiser against the campaigns.
- Analysing data to identify operational inefficiencies and devise solutions to improve efficiency
- Manage communication and newsletters for publishers & ensuring QC of all the campaign assets & uploading in system S/W in a timely manner.
- Preparing Reports through using tools & formulating process documents.
- Prioritize and manage clients' expectations (Internal/External).
- Overseeing reporting, analysis, and recommendations to improve activity in line with client objectives.
- Work crossfunctionally to deliver operational requirements and implement processes to scale client revenue.
- Serve as the main point of contact on all clientrelated deliverables (reporting and billing).
Competencies:
- Preferably having a strong background in social media, paid campaign management, agency management, and technology platforms.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline operations and reduce manhours.
- Intrinsic knowledge of media terminology and landscape
- Ability to manage your own time and a team schedule to complete the assigned tasks promptly.
- Extensive daily excel based (Use of advanced excel
- Pivot, Macro Etc.) reporting and comfortable in handling large volume data in deriving consumer insights.
- Strong Troubleshooting, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
Primary Skills (Must Haves'):
- Diligent delivery against strict timelines.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team player & with strong communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
- 23 years of relevant industry experience preferable knowledge of Performance Marketing
- Ability to quickly recognize when issues need escalation to appropriate teams, internally & externally.
- Wellversed in digital media vocabulary and key performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize various requests and responsibilities. Being solution focused.
- Understanding HTML, Google analytics, and reporting is a PLUS
- Thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic working environment.
- Excellent critical thinking and presentation skills (both written and oral)
Salary:
₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
