Responsibilities:


  • Assist sewing operators by fetching and delivering required fabric and materials.
  • Sort and organize fabric and trim pieces for efficient workflow.
  • Support production lines by arranging completed garments for final inspection and packing.
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized, including disposing of waste and excess materials.
  • Assist machine operators in preparing sewing machines and equipment for daily operations.
  • Ensure stock levels of basic supplies and alert supervisors when replenishment is needed.
  • Perform basic quality checks on garments to identify and separate defective items.
  • Carry out general maintenance and basic repairs on equipment as instructed.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Support other team members with additional tasks as required by the supervisor.

Pay:
₹9, ₹14,510.64 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Experience:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
