Position:
HVAC Sales & Marketing Manager

Handling Complete HVAC Operations service, AMC'S, Retrofit job, Project, Billing, Collections and New Enquires

AMC & Retrofit job, 2cr of Operation & Maintenance contract,

Follow up with team to do the PPM as per schedule (AMC & Warranty jobs)

Service, Sales & Project, AMC'S, Retro fit jobs, warranty service, Testing and Commissioning.

Attending the Casual meeting with Clint's AMC & Warranty jobs,

Arrange the Critical Spares AMC & VRF Warranty sites

Measurement certification, Invoice razing, Payment Follow ups to client, vendor finalization, introduce of new vendors,

Bills certification and payment Releasing. Material follow up on time material delivery on site, attend site Meetings.

Checking and signing of AMC Agreements.

Maintain Good relationship with warranty site Client's and Convert to AMC

Negotiation with OEM's to finalizing the Back to Back AMC orders With OEM's Like (VRF, VRV & Chillers)

Follow up with team to Submission of Invoice & Collections (AMC, O & M, Retrofit jobs) on time

Qualification:

ITI, DIPLOMA, BE MECHANICAL, BE ELECTRICAL, B.TECH

Good knowledge on HVAC Technical Sales field

₹ 20,000 - ₹ 30,000 -per month.
