Acting as a customer service department team member
Liaising with other Customer Support Representatives
Using good communication skills and problem-solving skills
Resolving complaints from unhappy customers
Identifying patterns for improvement opportunities
Ensuring complete information is recorded
Completing various roles and tasks within the given time
Recommending products and services
Adding products and services to customer accounts
Identifying what customers may want
Must haves:
International Voices Experience of at least 1year.
