    Description

    About the internship:

    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

    1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat in a timely and professional manner

    2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, order status, account issues, and technical support

    3. Troubleshoot customer problems and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution

    4. Work on calling the customer when it's required and resolve the case

    2. can start the internship between 27th Apr'24 and 1st Jun'24


    3. are available for duration of 3 months


    4. are from or open to relocate to Bangalore

    Stipend:
