We are looking for creative User Experience Designers to join our team.

Position - User Experience Engineering Associate Manager
Location

Ahmedabad

Role:

Creating a User Experience Strategy
Create user-centric designs by considering customer feedback and usability findings
Create style guides, visual design patterns and supporting graphics for new and existing products
Conduct usability research (expert reviews, competitive analysis, task analysis, card sorts, user interviews, and usability tests)
Put together a detailed, structured analysis of issues and potential solutions
Willing to work with Data visualization

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills
Must have decent knowledge of MS Office
Inquisitiveness to learn
Self-motivated and good negotiation skills
Excellent data orientation and data-driven decision-making skills
Good understanding of UX Methodology and lifecycle
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVision)
Experience of articulating UX design rationale.
Hands-on-experience in creating functional prototyping

10. Bachelors or Masters in User Experience and Interaction Design preferred, else Bachelors or Masters
