We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Medical Representative for various locations in Tamil Nadu.

As a key member of Aimil Pharmaceuticals, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.

This position requires a combination of medical knowledge, sales skills, and a passion for building relationships within the healthcare community.

Responsibilities:

Promote Aimil Pharmaceuticals' products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets.
Provide accurate and uptodate product information to healthcare professionals.
Conduct product presentations and organize events to increase product awareness.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions.
Attend conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience as a Medical Representative or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and articulate complex medical information.
Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with the local healthcare market and regulatory requirements.
Selfmotivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Salary:
₹15, ₹19,000.00 per month
