- For Male 1 PM TO 10 PM & 2PM TO 11PM & 3 PM TO 12 AM & 4 PM to 1 AM (Rotational Shift)
- For Female 10:30 AM TO 07:30 PM & 12 PM TO 09 PM (Rotational Shift)

- Customer Service
- Game Operating & Playing
- Selling Skills (Upselling and Crossselling)
- Customer Operations Handling
- Cashiering
